3. Download and fill out Recommendation letters: 
    a. Pastor 
    b. Teacher
    c. Church member

Complete the Online application, email photo, and turn in the all 3 recommendation letters to Lynn Lazo no later than 5 p.m., April 30, 2013. or mail them (to be received by April 30) to the following:

Scholarship Application Criteria:

• You need to be or planning to be a full time College student

• You have a clear interest in a vocation or ministry

• You have been accepted to a two or four year accredited institution

• You have a GPA of 2.5 or higher

• You are “rooted” and “grounded” in a ministry here at Cathedral of Faith

• You are currently volunteering in a ministry here at Cathedral of Faith

• All Application forms are turned in by April 30, 2013 deadline

Scholarships are awarded in June.
