"It hurts to lose someone. Find help at Grief Share."
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
GriefShare support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You’ll gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.
GriefShare at Cathedral of Faith is on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in Volunteer Central at the San Jose Campus. All men and women 17 years and older are welcome.
Below are some options that can make a big difference
in your progress toward healing:
Build a Support Group
Don’t try to go through the grieving process alone. Link up with a GriefShare grief recovery support group. It’s a place where you’ll find caring people who understand the issues you face. If you are not near Cathedral of Faith you can find another location for Grief Share through the Grief Share Group Finder
The Foundation for Healing
Your progress can be slowed or stopped if you don’t build on the right foundation. The Foundation for Healing section at the griefshare.org has essential information to help you find the right footing.
Subscribe to “A Season of Grief,” the griefshare.org free daily email messages designed to encourage you. You’ll receive 365 uplifting messages that will help guide you through the healing process.
Help for the Journey
The Griefshare.org Help for the Journey section provides daily reading and exercises to help you dig deeper into the grief recovery process.
