Functional Integrative Training, or F.I.T. is an approach to exercise that focuses on the body as ‘integrative whole’ rather than ‘isolated body parts’. F.I.T. is making exercise work for you rather than against you! The orientation is and introduction to the exciting and effective concepts of Functional Integrative Training. Members will receive vital information and strategies to achieve fitness success through our unique F.I.T. Series of Educational Workshops, Group Exercise Classes and Equipment Awareness Programs. Members will be empowered to safely, purposefully and effectively train towards realistic and attainable fitness goals.

‘POWER PATTERNS’: Learn how to integrate movement that matters into Patterns for Power. Apply innovative exercise strategies that prepare the body to produce the power it needs to achieve ultimate success.
‘FIT 100’: It’s 100% of your body’s ability to Maximally Move and Produce Power! Participate in a challenging sequence of movements and patterns that is sure to be a Total Body Blast!
F.I.T. 100 - MUSCULAR DEVELOPMENT
- An intense Total Body Workout that is focused on Maximizing the Muscular Response of each exercise and repetition you do!
- Class is 15 – 30 minutes long depending on the unique variations and goals of each workout.
F.I.T. 100 - METABOLIC DEVELOPMENT
- An invigorating circuit of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise to develop the full spectrum of your metabolic capacity to burn fat and consume carbohydrates!
- Class is 30 – 60 minutes long depending on the unique variations and goals of each workout.

- Challenge yourself to take your fitness to the next level with Explosive and Reactive Power Training and Techniques to test anyone’s ability to Sustain Power Production.
