FLC Fitness
Recreational and health/fitness programs for all ages are available at the Family Life Center.  
Facilities include: a high-school-size gymnasium for basketball and volleyball leagues and clinics; a modern aerobic/dance studio for adult and children’s classes in dance, aerobics, and tae bo; a spacious game area and lounge with pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, table games, video games, and vending  machines.  Our cutting edge Fitness Center has BodyMasters strength equipment, Olympic weights and dumbbells, Quinton treadmills, Tectrix climbers and recumbent bikes, Precor Transports and eliptical trainers

Class Descriptions

Senior Fitness: Low impact movement and stretching exercises for elderly participants. This class is aimed at helping you develop functional movement ability. The senior class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11am-12pm.

Tae-Bo (Beginning and advanced): Tae Bo is a program that combines the best of a variety of different exercise disciplines to provide an overall workout. Self directed, supervised independent video. (Non – Certified)________________________________________________________________________

  • Introduction of F.I.T. (Functional Integrative Training) concepts

Be F.I.T. SERIES

‘MOVEMENT THAT MATTERS’:  Learn about ‘Bad’ movements that are barriers to effective exercise and apply exercises and stretches that are aimed at training ‘Good’ movements that matter for safe and effective exercise.  (free to all members)

‘POWER PATTERNS’:  Learn how to integrate movement that matters into Patterns for Power. 
(free to all members)

‘FIT 100’:  It’s 100% of your body’s ability to Maximally Move and Produce Power! Participate in an invigorating sequence of movements and patterns that are a “TOTAL BODY BLAST” (free to all members)

TEAM F.I.T.- (fee associated with participation)

  • This is a total body workout that takes every fitness commitment to the next level
  • This is group program designed to meet you where you are at – ( Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced )
  • You will workout with innovative instruction and success strategies from certified F.I.T. staff and benefit from the motivation and inspiration of training with fitness enthusiasts just like you.
