Audio / Visual Department and Resource Room
Director: Pastor Carl Whitley
The purpose for the Resource Center is to assist the volunteer teaching
staff of the Childrens Ministry with tools to help them lead children
into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We utilize a wide range
of Christian Education curriculum, state of the art audio visual equipment,
a library of over 400 Christian videos that are both Biblically historically
based and topically centered. The Resource Center is open during service
times and by appointment.
Baby Dedication
Director: Teresa Luna
It is a delight to be a part of the commitment of family and community.
The purpose of dedication is to allow Christian parents to make a formal
commitment before God, and family that they choose to raise their children
in a Christian home.
We dedicate once a month in our chapel after the 11am service. There is
a requirement class that you must take that meets usually the first Wednesday
of the month from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Provides espresso, gourmet coffee, and refreshments as well as Christian
literature in a friendly environment.

Our goal is to lead the congregation in glorifying God through praise
and worship. We provide music for weekly church services, special meetings
and seasonal productions (Easter, July 4th and Christmas). We also do
outreach ministry at other churches and community events.
Our Vision
To impact our church family and the surrounding community with the message
of the Gospel through the performing arts.
To provide a forum for members of the congregation to develop their gifts
and talents.

Sanctuary Choir
The Adult Sanctuary Choir is a dedicated group of singers who are committed
to praising the Lord in song. We sing a variety of musical styles and
encourage everything that hath breath praise the Lord (Ps 150).
Orchestra
The Orchestra is an ensemble of experienced musicians that play keyboard,
brass, woodwind and rhythm instruments. We also welcome musicians who
play instruments that are not presently found in our orchestra. The complexity
of the music demands proficient reading ability.
Dance
Dancing is a powerful form of worship and we are always looking for new
people to help usher in the presence of God through dance. All ages and
ability levels are welcome. We perform for the seasonal productions (Easter,
July 4th and Christmas). We also perform for special occasions during
Sunday morning or Sunday evening services.
Chosen Generation
Director: Pastor Dewey Short
Chosen Generation is a ministry for seniors {50 and older} of the Cathedral
of Faith. It is also an outreach and we encourage our members to bring
guests. It is a light-hearted fellowship group, with a spiritual emphasis
incorporated, to demonstrate that seniors can love the Lord and also have
a good time.

Many people in the body of Christ and in the entire Bay area are sick
physically, mentally, and emotionally. The infinite love of the Father
wants to touch people with His Glory and see them live in continual freedom,
victory and divine health. We are here to serve you in that capacity.

Life Center
Director: Rommell Corpuz
Membership to the Center is available to Church members and their
friends or family. Educational, recreational and health/fitness
programs for all ages are available. Facilities include: a high-school-size
gymnasium for basketball and volleyball leagues and clinics; a modern
aerobic/dance studio for adult and childrens classes in dance,
aerobics, tae bo, cross-training and cardio kick; a spacious game area
and lounge with pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, table games,
video games, and vending machines. Our cutting edge Fitness
Center has BodyMasters strength equipment, Olympic weights and dumbbells,
Quinton treadmills, Tectrix climbers and recumbent bikes, Precor Transports
and eliptical trainers.
The Education Center offers adult education and youth intervention
classes. Our computer lab with 10 PCs and 5 Macs provides a variety
of introductory classes including Windows 98, MS Word, Excel, the Internet,
and HTML. Open lab time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays allows for surfing
the Internet, resume writing, homework, etc. Childrens math
and reading programs are also available.
Volunteers proficient in any of the above areas are welcome to apply for
ministry at the FLC.
