California Youth Outreach
 Director: Pastor Tony Ortiz

California Youth Outreach was originally founded as Breakout Prison Outreach (Breakout Ministries) in 1982 in order to meet the needs of young men and women that had fallen prey to gangs and drugs. In 1998, the Agency adopted the name California Youth Outreach as a d.b.a. in order to better emphasize its mission:
Educate youth and adults regarding the pitfalls of living a drug/gang lifestyle,
Assist those that are looking to find their way out of the drug/gang lifestyle,
Create alternatives that will enhance their "new" lifestyle.
Breakout Prison Outreach d.b.a. California Youth Outreach originally provided direct services in the California State Prisons and the California Youth Authorities through live-in adult and youth homes in the City of San Jose. The Agency has since augmented it's services in order to intervene with youth at an earlier age.
These services include school based programs, life skill training programs, recreational services, gang diversion programs, gang intervention training, informative presentations, prison ministry services, and State of California Board of Corrections mandated Gang Awareness for the youthful offenders/wards at the Karl Holton Youth Correctional Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility in Stockton, California and Preston Youth Correctional Facility and Ione, California. An added plus has been that California Youth Outreach has developed the ability to provide the vital youth intervention services by recruiting and hiring Youth Intervention Specialists who have undergone rehabilitation and successfully overcome gang and substance abuse lifestyles. Through the programs mentioned above we hope to impact every area of the lives of these targeted youth. Not only are we in Santa Clara County, but God has blessed us and allowed us to expand to the areas of Fresno, Monterey County, and Oakland.

Chaplaincy
Provides funding and assistance for persons to come to Church who are handicapped or disabled.
Chaplaincy
Director:  Odette Morrow / Pastor Dewey Short

Chaplaincy, the cry for help is going forth!  Now is the time for the Body of Christ to arise and minister to one another.  In Matthew 9:37-38 Jesus declares, “the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.
Therefore, beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his Field.”  The purpose of the Chaplaincy ministry is to bring to health care facilities and to the community, a program that ministers to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people.  In so doing, we trust that those we touch will come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father.
