Scripture: Proverbs 18:13, 15, 17
Pastor Richard Mock

Scripture:

13- He who answers before listening, that is his folly and his shame.
15- The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge; the ear of the wise seek it out.
17- The first to present his case seem right until another comes forward and questions him.

Observation:
(1) get the facts before answering. (2) be open to new to new ideas. (3) make sure you hear both sides of the story before judging.

Application:
When hearing any matter especially if it’s controversial get all the facts so my decision will not be bias. Always listening to the Holy Spirit for directions in all matters. That will keep me away from being prejudice.

Prayer:
Lord teach me to listen spiritually and obey your directions. Take me out of self, out of pride and teach me obedience. Giving all the praises and honor in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen! Amen! Amen!
